Maybe it’s because we are leaving town Friday for 8 days. This post may ramble a bit just warning you.
We started house hunting and it is equal parts fun and stressful. We are for sure getting a better idea of the areas we like and what we want to spend. It’s also good that we are on the same page about 90% of wants/needs etc.
Work has been amazing lately. I love the projects I am working on and have the best clients in the world.
A huge cold snap came through Dallas Monday night and I do not think I was prepared mentally. Probably good since we are heading to DC/NYC on Friday.
I am pretty much obsessed with this scarf. I just got it and I can’t stop cozying up in it.
Ashley and I got Taylor Swift tickets last week and we are so excited! The concert is 11 months away but we always have the best time at concerts together and plus I know for sure I will get a fun Ashley weekend!
One month of marriage? CHECK!
(Im exhausted and Andrew is looking at something weird) we were in a Starbucks drive thru….
New iPhone? Check! It was not fun when my phone decided to stop texting non iPhone users last week.
Andrew made quite possibly the most amazing lasagna I have ever had last night. I shall keep him.
So excited to see our family in DC and friends in DC/NYC can’t wait to share about our trip.
Wedding photos and video coming by the end of this week too!!

I am so jealous you are going to NYC! It’s one of my favorite places to go! Hubby surprised me with Christmas Spectacular tickets last year. We went to NYC three days before Christmas. GORGEOUS! I hope you have a blast!
Great weather here in SC but I think it is supposed to turn cold again. It has been a too busy week for me too. Thanks for sharing. Congrats on making it through that first month of marriage. Hope you turn one month into 30 years. 🙂

Also, congrats on one month of marriage! Time will fly by. I’ll soon be celebrating 3 years, and it feels we were just married yesterday! We have been renting house since our wedding but will start looking to buy our own within the next year. I hope we agree as much as you two do!

We just went to DC this past weekend and head up towards NYC all the time as that is where my family is from… love it there!! Sounds like you have a lot of fun stuff going on… enjoy it all!!
My son’s phone did something similar, except he got a new samsung and it stopped texting iPhone users. It was weird. And yes, this week is dragging..like for real dragging.
