4 Things To Help You Stay On Track

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Withings, part of Nokia. All opinions are 100% mine.

I think once we make goals we have one of two attitudes about them. We are either very gung-ho, or we are concerned with how we are going to meet them. I feel like your goals are easily met if you have the right tools to help you stay on track. I want to share 4 things to help you stay on track in 2017 so you can accomplish any goals you want!

4 Things To Help You Stay On Track

The right healthy living gear: One of my main 2017 goals is to live the healthiest life possible. This does not mean just working out but also staying active, being outside a lot, moving my body, sleeping well, and eating right. One way to keep track of all of these things is the Withings Steel watch. It’s a really amazing tool to keep track of all of those things mentioned above. It tracks your steps, your sleep, your activity level, and looks like a regular watch!

Some features of the watch are:

  • 316L stainless steel case, chrome hands and double-domed glass
  • Tracks steps, running, distance & calories burned
  • Swim tracking (water resistant up to 5ATM)
  • No charging: Up to 8-month battery life
  • Sleep monitoring & silent vibrating alarm
  • Syncs with the Health Mate app (iOS & Android)

I love how comfortable the strap is too. You can even change it out for other colors. What’s great for me is that with a new baby coming in February, I will easily be able to keep track of my activity level. It syncs to an app on your phone so you can check to see how you are doing. Bonus – you don’t have to charge it! It’s a simply watch battery that lasts up to 8 months.

Another amazing Withings product that will help you stay on track in 2017 is their Body Cardio Scale. I am not one to love going by numbers but I do think there are other factors that are important to keep track of. This scale does JUST that! You can keep track of your weight but also your body fat, water, and muscle and bone mass. Since muscle weighs more than fat, I like being able to see what kind of all-around progress I am making that isn’t just focused on one number. A healthy life is more than a number!

Some features of the scale are:

  • Provides Heart Rate and unique insights into arterial health with Pulse Wave Velocity assessments
  • Track weight, BMI, total body fat and water percentage plus muscle and bone mass
  • Set a weight goal and manage your daily calorie budget with integrated nutrition tracking
  • Automatic profile recognition and recording of measurements for up to 8 different people
  • High-accuracy measurements via Position Control™ technology
  • Features a solid aluminum base, heat-tempered glass, and the ability to be accurate on any surface
  • Battery lasts up to one year and is rechargeable (comes with charging cord)
  • Syncs with the Health Mate app (iOS & Android)

These two Withings, part of Nokia products will for sure help you stay on track.

Regular Workout Regimen: I feel that when I have a workout regimen I am far more likely to stay on track with other things. This could mean daily visits to your gym or maybe a daily, or even weekly, barre class. Schedules always help! Bonus – you can use your Withings watch to keep track of steps, calories, and workouts!

A Way To Stay Organized: A new year is a great time to snag a pretty new planner. There are literally hundreds of options out there at various price points, and truthfully, they all do the same thing. I suggest finding a planner you love and really making it a goal to stay organized. Staying organized also helps meet your other goals!

Attitude: More than anything, a tool you need is a great attitude. If you go into 2017 saying “this is going to be my year and I am going to accomplish all of my goals”, then you surely will! Plus, nothing looks better on someone than a smile!

If you want to snag a Withings Steel watch or Body Cardio Scale for yourself, You can also use their 20% off discount for other products with the code (WITH-HEALTH-ZL6S9T) not valid for Steel HR*

The Body Cardio Scale and Steel Watch are sure to help you stay on track in 2017.

I would love to know what tools you are using to help you stay on track!
