So maybe I’m weird but there are things I hate doing that so many other people love doing. I wanted to see if I was alone or if there are other weirdos out there like me 🙂
So here are 5 Things I Hate and maybe you hate them too!
1. Grocery Shopping: I swear grocery stores(Target not included cause it’s Target) make me stabby. I hate the crowds of people in the produce section, I hate waiting with a number for someone to help me get the half pound of honey turkey I need from the deli. I hate so many things about grocery stores gah! So this is why Andrew does the grocery shopping. That and because he actually loves it.
2. Driving: I HAAAAATE driving! OK really I hate traffic. I don’t actually mind driving. I hate driving in Texas Summers because my car never really cools down. I love sitting in the passenger seat though…count me in for that any day.
3. Shopping in person: I am such an online shopper. I swear the invention of the internet ruined me for shopping. I hate walking around crowded malls, the parking, the lines and people. I love however sitting in my jammies with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and shopping online thought. AMIRITE?
4. Red Wine: Gives me the worst migraines. I have been trying so hard to find one I love. Every single red wine I have tried makes me have horrible headaches. Any suggestions would be super appreciated.
5. Being Outside When It’s Hot: Yeah Im an indoors kinda gal. Won’t like there. Mosquitos, sweat, no thanks. Give me a cooler day and you can’t get me outside fast enough. I am so not a lay by the pool in 100 degree weather person. Pale skin don’t care.

What about you what is something you hate that other people love?
This is my first (and only) Texas summer, but it is crazy how HOT it is – and never cooling down! I’m originally from Alabama, so I can deal with heat, but this heat is something different. I can never get in and out of the car without breaking sweat.
I definitely hate grocery shopping… especially in stores that have overcrowded or too small aisles. Gives me anxiety attacks. I refuse (mostly) to go to NorthPark on weekends, preferring evenings on weekdays… and the heat. I don’t do outside because mosquitos and the suffocating humidity. Oy.
Except for the working out part, we might be related! LOL! I’ve and that headache thing experience with white and red. I actually stopped drinking assuming maybe I was allergic to it now. Before I would finish drinking one glass my nose would get stuffy and I would get a this is not worth it headache. Anyway a few weeks ago I went to a wine tasting party and I didn’t want to be a debbie whining downer so I said what’s a few sips. NONE of the wines gave me a headache. I even had a full glass afterward. The lady said it has to do with the amount of sulphites in the wine. Red has more. And then she said something about how old it was blah blah blah which I interpreted to mean I am allergic to cheap wine 😉 Stopping by via SGBC.
It is so funny you put vacuum lines! My boyfriend just finished vacuuming last night and says “Just look at them…. The vacuum lines came out perfect.” He was so excited; I’m glad he’s not alone!
I hate the first four, too – but I love summer (it’s weird, I know) and the heat. Actually, we’ve had a mild summer here in SC this year. Normally July finds us hitting upper 90’s and 100’s. But it’s been in the high 80’s lately. Loving it!

I get the most insane anxiety shopping in an actual store. WHERE ARE ALL MY TABS WITH EACH OPTION LAID OUT NICELY FOR COMPARISON PURPOSES. See?! Even just thinking about it makes me get all CAPsy.

I can’t stand being outside when it’s hot. If I didn’t have central air here in Alabama I would be miserable. I love grocery shopping and shopping in person (only for clothes) though. I’ve never been good at buying clothes online because I’m not always the same size everywhere.
Do you have a roomba? It’s the only reason I like vacuuming. Agree with you on grocery shopping too. Wish online was cheaper and I would totally take advantage.
I love running errands in one day! I feel so accomplished lol I feel the same about shopping–depends on my mood. Nothing like sitting with your feet up getting your shopping needs done on the couch though! 🙂
See I find grocery shopping oddly therapeutic. Yet ACTUALLY cooking dinner is what annoys me. I also totally agree with you on the red wine. I am more of a white wine kind of girl.

We do all our food shopping online, so never have to set foot in the shop. Saves money, time and saves our waistlines as I’m not tempted by the treats like chocolate eclairs!
I hate driving too! I’d much rather sleep! As for the red wine thing you need to find ones WITHOUT sulfites (I don’t know how to spell that and I’m too tired to google). I use to LOVE the taste of red winne but literally it would make me sick and want to sleep 5 minutes after drinking it. Then I moved to Italy. They don’t use any sulfites and redwine became my fav! The prob is I don’t think they sell it without it in the states…

I hate giving massages. I know lots of people don’t mind rubbing shoulders at night and it can be a sweet thing to do with your loved one, but I cringe! If my boyfriend wants one, I literally set a timer and tell him exactly how long I will rub his shoulders. Or offer to GLADLY pay for him to go get a full (and better) massage from a massage therapist.
OMG I hate grocery shopping. I only do it at night. It gives me anxiety attacks with the loudspeaker, the rude people, screaming kids and the blaring lights. I hate everything about it. The money down the drain, the high prices. All of it is terrible experience.

I also hate going to the bank. Its equally obnoxious with the fake “How are you?” crap and the long lines. I hate giving personal information with creepy people standing in back of me listening,. Yuck., I hate that I feel I have to dress in full dress up and makeup to compete with the girls that are dressed to the nines behind the counter. Yeah I am in my work out clothes with no makeup do not roll your eyes at me girl!
I hate auto repair shops and how when your a women alone they see you alone and tell you all these fake repairs that need to be done. Hate them all. They are all lying crooks.
What other people love that I hate, is TV. I cannot stand anything where commercials are involved. I refuse to watch it. Once you get a Roku and use Amazon Prime and Hulu you will not miss it. I have not seen a TV show with commercials in over 5 years.

I don’t like most of these either, but I like what I get out of them…. Good food at my house, shoes that actually fit, and a good ole fashion road trip!

I love red wine but it also gives me a major headache. I’ve recently discovered that if I take a decongestant first, i don’t have that problem.
