First Monday of spring break/daylight savings has me reaching for the coffee in an aggressive way! Anyone else go to bed excited for their coffee the next morning? Just me? 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🙋🏼‍♀️

Lots of new faces here lately so I wanted to reint

Lots of new faces here lately so I wanted to reintroduce myself! Here are 10 random things about me 🤪
1. Charlotte(my 3 year old) is in a huge mommy phase since well birth! This is how she’s attached to me most of the time.
2. My favorite books to read are spicy sports romances
3. My all time favorite movie is up in the air
4. I don’t eat Mayo, mustard, sour cream, or guac
5. My 6 year old, Liam is the funniest person I know
6. My parents got divorced when I was 7
7. I’m actually super introverted but force myself into an extroverted state most of the time
8. I had only done spin maybe 3 times before we got a peloton 2 years ago and now I’ve done over 550 spin classes
9. I prefer day dates and day outings to going out at night
10. I prefer cookies over cake

Nothing quite like a little self care day followed by some afternoon reading. Anyone love a weekend with almost no plans???

If we want our kids to create good habits like tak

If we want our kids to create good habits like taking daily vitamins, we have to show them by example! #ad Andrew and I take vitamins each morning at the same time as our kids. Andrew has been really enjoying taking the Vitafusion Multivites. These support every day health. What’s nice is we all keep our vitamins together on the kitchen counter and that way we are able to show the kids we are taking them too. I love that this is a habit we can all get in together and keep each other accountable.
