Self-esteem is something everyone struggles with at one point or another in their lives. Some people struggle with it less and for some it’s a lifetime ordeal. Yea, I agree self-esteem is very important to teach our daughters and our sons (I only had 4 boys for a long time, before adopting a girl). We should also teach them to love and respect others, this will help them to appreciate themselves even more! Thanks for the post

I’ve been a big fan of Dove for a long time. I especially love their campaigns that teach little girls (and women!) to love their bodies, themselves, for who they are. It’s so important, you’d think we’ve come a long a long way but there’s still a lot to be done.

Self esteem is a total must these days, and I think especially for women! If we can’t stand up for ourselves and feel confident in who we are and what we believe, then I feel like people find it super easy to just walk all over us.
