I’m all about reading a book; it makes me feel good! I DO want to try some new healthy recipes, and a green smoothie as I’ve never had one.

Taking a walk is always advice I give EVERYONE! However, I WOULD NEVER advise ANYONE do a juice cleanse. EVER. I personally do not believe they’re healthy but at all. Lets eat lots of veggies and try out a new work out! 🙂
The idea of making a list of things that make you happy is such a lovely idea. I will have to give it a try and encourage other’s to do so.
This is a great list. I love doing face masks, it really relaxes me. I definitely need to clean out the folders on my computer. It is on my to do list.
These are all such good ideas! And good reminders for me … some of t hem I’ve lagged on.
Great ideas, many of these I need to do more often.
Meditation is a big thing for my overall wellness!
I thought I was the only one who liked to organize! But really, it calms me. Just thinking of one thing at a time is the key I guess. And of course seeing your space neat and tidy is an added bonus 🙂
I love this! It would be so fun to put these on some popsicle sticks in a jar and pull one out a day to do. As a mom with two little ones, it’s hard to remember to do ANYTHING just for myself. This would be fun!
Great ideas. t would be fun to turn this into a 30 day wellness challenge or something!
Love love love this list! So many of these things I try to implement for self care!
what a great list! Thanks for sharing! I feel better just reading it and knowing I have so many options in front of me to take charge of my life and better my well-being 🙂
I love this post! I’m making notes now, thank you for these suggestions.
Shredding papers would’ve caused me anxiety two years ago. Now that I’ve gotten the taste of minimalism, I know shredding two-thirds of my filing cabinet contents will be so exhilerating!
I love the idea of making a list of what makes you happy. It would definitely put things into perspective 🙂
These are some great suggestions. I’m going to have to try them out.
Great suggestions for self care and SELF wellness. Going to start checking some of these off the list!
I just recently started to slow down and think about my overall wellness. I have loved adding Yoga into my routine and think it’s a great suggestion!
Learning a new language is a great one! I am working really hard to learn Norwegian right now. It can be really challenging.
