8 Ways To Feel Successful Each Day

To feel successful is going to be different for everyone. I like to end my days feeling like I accomplished something and did the most I could with my time. Sure, that doesn’t always happen and some day I am straight up unproductive. But these are 8 ways to feel successful each ay that I feel are attainable for anyone.

Ways To Feel Successful Each Day

8 Ways To Feel Successful Each Day

Get up early: I get up at 5:10AM M-F. I like doing this because it gives me a chance to do a workout class, have coffee, etc all before my kids need me. I also just feel way better waking up early.

Have a morning routine: I love routine, big shocker I’m sure. But a morning routine specifically. I do almost the same thing the same way every day.

Have a plan for the day: I make a to do list for the next day the day before which is nice because I can look at it ahead of time and see what I need to do and that calms any anxieties going into the next day.

Move your body: Every morning almost I go to Pure Barre and if I don’t I meet a friend for a long walk. These are my favorite ways to move my body first thing in the morning but any time of movement is good!

Take vitamins: A very important way to start your day or even end your day but at some point make sure you are taking any vitamins you take. This is going to be different for everyone so make sure you consult a doctor.

Put good things in your body: I try very hard to use the 80/20 rule when it comes to food. I don’t ever want to deprive myself but I feel my best when I am putting lots of fruits, veggies, and protein into my body.

Smile often: Yep smiling. Pretty simple but smiling at someone will change their day. Trust me.

End the day on a positive note: Try to end every day on a positive note. Andrew and I saw this thing on TikTok where a couple end each day telling the other how they made them feel loved that day and we started doing it. It has really ended our days on such a great note.

  6. I get up early and let our dogs do their thing outside. That’s my morning routine. A simple act, but it’s an accomplishment in itself.

Having a morning routine is something I am trying to work on. Will also try to exercise first in the morning rather than scheduling it at night.

Thank you for reminding us to put good things in our body. I am so guilty eating a lot of junk these past few days.
