Happy 2022! I hope everyone had a great and happy New Year! I definitely enjoyed the last 2 weeks off with my kids! They are back to school tomorrow, and I am always happy for the new year. I love new years and fresh starts! It’s time to share my January 2022 goals and see how I did with my December goals!
January 2022 Goals
In December I wanted to…
- Above all else enjoy the holidays with my family: YES! We really had a lovely holiday season.
- Be on my phone less: Yes and no. I did but not as much as I’d like.
- Read 6 books: yes!
- Secure 2 new brand partnerships: Yes!
- Take 10 days off the blog (I do this every year): Yes and it always makes me feel so refreshed!: The best and yes I did and it was wonderful!
- Have 2 date nights with Andrew: We did have one date night, we planned to have a date day but Liam got Covid.
- Donate toys the kids don’t play with or need: YES! I have actually been gradually doing this for about a month and a half. But I feel like it never ends.
- End the year grateful: I do feel like I ended the year on a grateful note.
In January I want to…
- Read 7 books
- Enjoy our vacation and unplug as much as possible
- Secure 5 new brand partnerships
- Start working on prepping Liam for Kindergarten in August (figure out registration etc)
- Focus on Pinterest growth
- Focus on being more personal on Instagram stories
- Get at least 3 areas done on my organization list
- Get the kids’ summer plans figured out
What is one of your January 2022 goals?
I love the idea of organizing your goals via monthly rather than via year, that really makes it more achievable and you can see your progress faster. Have a wonderful new year ahead and many wishes for the continued success of It Starts With Coffee.
Finish my second book! Already started promoting my first
Wonderful goals for this month! I should start doing this. Now that I have a calender to write on, it would be a great way to keep on track.
I got my goals set for this year this morning
That’s a great idea. Sometimes writing down goals makes you more accountable.
I love these goals. We make goals every year too!
I love how you list out your goals on your blog. Inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
We orthodox Christians actually celebrate Christmas in January, so this month will be a month of giving, charity, and family visits.
You have a great list of goals for 2022.
One of my goals this year is to work out at least one hour a day and to have more time with my family.
I wanted to end 2021 grateful too. I know it can be hard to get through the year because of the pandemic but there are a lots of things to be grateful for still
GEtting 3 things done on your list is enough. Sometimes I struggle to do so. but I want to try harder this year
It’s the best time of the year to set goals. I cannot imagine going through the year without goals. I hope to work more with brands this year.
Great list here for 2022. I would love to read more books this year too for my personal growth and my business
You slayed these goals last month and I’m sure you’ll slay again this month! Go you!
Great goals to kick off your year! I hope you have an amazing first month in 2022. You definitely inspire me to set my own goals 🙂
I started a Goodreads reading challenge and hope to read 5-8 books this month. One of my January goals is to start meal planning. I have tried it so many times but can’t stick to it.
Gosh, I have not thought about what goals I want to accomplish yet. I usually start thinking about them in January and reflect on what I accomplished in the prior year and what I want to do in the new year!
I like the idea of doing monthly goals instead of yearly goals. These are all wonderful things to accomplish in January.
