If you have been following me for any length of time you know I love to work out! I also LOVE sharing what’s in my gym bag and seeing what others have in theirs! Today I am sharing what’s in my gym bag for spring/summer!

What’s In My Gym Bag For Spring/Summer

First up, the bag. I got the bag from a Fab Fit Fun box and I love it! It’s a great size and a great conversation starter.
I always have a change of workout clothes in the bag. My favorite sports bra, shorts, and a quippy t-shirt. Then socks and a pair of Nikes.
I get hungry right after a workout, so lately I have been reaching for the Dr. Axe Bone Broth protein bars. I usually eat half of one before my workout and the other half after. They come in two amazing flavors, peanut butter chocolate chip and salted chocolate almond. We love both! So good. They are the first bone broth protein bars on the market. I feel like I have tried a lot of protein bars and this one is the first that actually keeps me full and re-energizes me post workout.

So you know, all the good things you want in a protein bar!

The essentials are always there like a brush, hair ties, dry shampoo, face wipes (the Olay ones are my current favorite), deodorant (always natural deodorant these days).
I always keep a spare set of headphones because you never know when yours will break or die.
Lastly, I keep a reusable water bottle. My gym has lots of places to fill them up and I try to drink two while I work out.

I’ve never heard of bone broth protein bars but they sound interesting! I need to organize my gym bag!

When I was younger, I usually only had myself and the clothes I was wearing when I went to the gym. You make me want to strive to do better…

I’ve heard about the impacts of bone broth, but I haven’t tried it. I don’t go to the gym since I workout at home when I do. When my husband goes to the gym, he brings his headphones. He also brings a notebook to record workouts.
The shirt and bag are cracking me up. I love the quirky phrases. Having the right gear totally motivates me to get up and go to the gym. You’ve got some awesome finds in that bag of yours!
