Does anyone else feel like January was crazy slow but every other month just speeds up faster and faster. We are a week into April and my kids only have 7 weeks of school left until summer. There are a lot of things I have been trying, liking, and doing lately so I wanted to share 5 things for April that are on my mind!
5 Things For April
Walks: I have written a lot about how important walks are to my mental and physical health. About two and a half years ago
New recipes: I have been trying really hard to get more protein in. Trying new protein heavy recipes has been a focus for me.
Matching sets: Obsessed with matching sets. This is NOT a new thing to most people but I never really was a matching set person. Matching pajamas yes. I have found some from Daily Drills that I absolutely LOVE! I mostly wear these just for lounging around the house but have also worn for errands, and school pickup.
Exfoliating: I am trying to get better about exfoliating my body. I do a great job with my face and use this once a week. But I got this body scrub in the Sephora sale and I really like it so far. I just makes your skin feel so much softer.
Peppermint Tea: I started drinking peppermint tea every night after dinner and it has become one of my favorite parts of the day. Peppermint tea has a lot of benefits like helping with digestion, helping with sleep, nausea, stress and anxiety etc. So I have been doing this every night for over a month and definitely see benefits. I got this cute electric kettle under $30 that I have loved.
