I am not someone that is going to spend a ton of time on makeup every day. Especially during the summer months! But also especially with having young kids, running around, and being outside. I still like to give my face a little bit of a boost though. I found a great easy and clean five minute summer makeup routine that anyone can do!
Easy And Clean Five Minute Summer Makeup
I start by putting on Supergoop glow-screen to give me a little extra boost of glow. I don’t love wearing foundation in the warmer months so something like this or a light CC cream is perfect.
I always do my brows with ILIA brow gel. I have tried nearly every brow gel you can think of and this one is my all-time favorite!
For concealer, I use the ILIA true skin serum concealer. This concealer has a really creamy consistency and goes on really well. You don’t need a TON so a little really goes a long way.
After concealer I always put a little of the ILIA Iluminator under my eyes, a dab on the bridge of my nose, and a little on my cheeks.
Then I put a bit of RMS beauty bronzing powder all over. I don’t use a super dark bronzer but enough to make me look like I have a little color!
For my lips, I use the Supergoop lip balm because it has SPF. I also just love the texture. It’s not sticky at all and is for sure one of my favorite lip balms.
I love a good simple routine for the summer, too. And having that SPF in there is so important, especially living in the south where the sun is brutal!
I don’t wear a lot of make-up at any time or at least I don’t spend a lot of time on it. I don’t understand people that spend hours getting ready to leave their house 🙂
It’s so awesome that you can get away with so little makeup. Between hyperpigmentation, horrible dark circles, and acne because of my chronic illness (having a gut disease is just lovely for my skin), I usually wear a full face if I’m going to be seen. But I’m trying lots of different techniques and products lately so maybe I can try out some of these soon!

This sounds like my everyday beauty routine year-round! I’m a big fan of simple, natural makeup for everyday wear. Especially during the summer!
