9 Affordable Wellness Items To Have

Health and wellness are very important in my life! The thing about wellness is that it doesn’t have to be expensive. Sure there are things that are costly but for the most part, everything I do for wellness is affordable. I wanted to share some of the affordable wellness items to have if you are looking to add more to your life.

9 Affordable Wellness Items To Have

Yoga blocks: I really love doing yoga and to intensify my practice I purchased these yoga blocks from Amazon. They have really made a huge difference.

Light weights: Doing any sort of barre workouts and even a lot of the Peloton workouts I do require light weights so buying a good set of light weights is just great to have. You can do so many things with them!

Bala bangles: I love these for workouts and for walking! Sometimes they are great to attach around your ankles and do walks if you want a little more of a workout!

Collagen: I take Collagen EVERY SINGLE DAY! I have an entire post about my experience and the benefits here. I have used the exact same brand for 5 years and it is a tried and true love of mine.

Yoga Mat: Having a great yoga mat is great for at-home workouts, not just yoga! I use mine for core, strength, and so much more! The one I have linked has great reviews and is very affordable!

Ice Roller: Truly one of the things I have purchased that I use the most. I love using this in the mornings on my face to de-puff it!

Foam Roller: After a tough workout it’s so important to stretch and I have also learned recently how important foam rolling is to your body! This foam roller is the one I have and it’s amazing!

Under eye masks: The best ever under-eye masks! I keep mine in the fridge and these last a really long time!

Good workout app: This entire blog post linked has tons of affordable and wonderful workout apps that all have great free trial periods!

I would love to know what kinds of affordable wellness items you like and use!

  6. I’ve been walking my daughter to school in the morning, so those Bala bangles look perfect for making the walk more of a daily workout. I’ve also been considering collagen, but haven’t tried it before. Maybe this is my sign to give it a go.
